Niki Sadeki is a self-taught, high-spirited creative, emboldened by the ideas, minds and sounds scattered in her midst. At the core of it all, a desire to connect people – be it through rhythm, events, or materializing projects. Whether DJ, radio host, event organizer, label collaborator, curator and producer, Niki moves along with spontaneity, and a get things done ethos.  
As a DJ, she’s gradually amplified a signature sound fluidly grounded in deep, progressive, up and downtempo ranges. What carries her sets has less to do with genre and more to do with isolating a mood, and building up different currents around it. Her love for selecting and spreading these moods has seen her found Deep House Vancouver, join the Quetame label ranks, host the Allure show on Frisky Radio, and produce sets for channels around the world, sprinkling the pages of United We Stream, trndmsk, Deep House London and Balance Series. Niki also curates Souq Record’s glistening annual compilation, Mirror for the Sun.
From her days expressing herself on the guitar, raiding her parents’ records, and exploring the worlds of grunge, jazz or psychedelic rock, and traditional Persian music, she’s carried over the knack for complementing dark and light frequencies, gliding in between without shying away from diving in. 
Niki travels with a spring in her steps, leaving her mark at spaces like Fusion Festival, Kater Blau, Village Underground London, Shelter Amsterdam, Woomoon Ibiza and Storytellers Tulum, The Cityfox Experience, Do Not Sit on the Furniture, and regularly at Gorg-O-Mish in her native Vancouver, where mountains, ocean and city converge. Her down to earth and steady love for sound has shaped a willingness to always adapt to the situation at hand, making the best out of it on a musical and a human level.

Bonjuk Bay Stories // 01
This is the first of a series of sets I have been playing in the beautiful Bonjuk Bay, Turkey. I spent a fair amount of time in this magic land this summer, and I played long hours, that for once, I thought of recording ☺️ 
Every session is a new story unfolding, and I chose to start with the most recent one, a spontaneous sunset playtime that happened mid-August 2021.
I played this one on a Sunday,  it was actually my 3rd set there that weekend, and I had fun exploring my old collection. From atmospheric sounds to groovy beats, I hope you have as much fun listening to this one as I had playing it 🌅

‘Broj’ consists of two like-minded and longtime friends from Amsterdam.

Casper Jansen and Benjamin Brommer came together in 2016 to create music that allowed them to express themselves creatively and emotionally. They developed a deep-rooted interest in the art of producing electronic music when they converged paths with their mutual interest in house music by the vibrant club scene in Amsterdam, London, and Berlin. Their sound can be described as a fusion between deep house and electronica as they like to source organic elements from multiple genres; shaping their sound to what it is today.

Exactly one year after Broj came together, their self-released EP ‘Origins’, was published digitally. This EP embarked on the duo's creative ambition to be uniquely expressive. The follow-up to their debut came in the shape of the EP ‘Echoes’, which was released in 2018 and In 2019, two new singles saw the light of day. ‘Solitude’, a dark, deep house track fitting for the winter season, and indie-influenced ‘Northbound’, the duo’s first vocal track featuring Scottish artist The Woods.

Determined to continue working on new material as well as bringing their music into the nightlife, Broj is set to make waves in the near future, as their musical endeavor has just begun.
