Last year, I released three Best of Both Offices compilation tapes for your listening pleasure. This year, I was overwhelmed with a new career field and just going through the motions, but being overwhelmed can be a great thing sometimes. I could’ve put out the fourth Best of Both Offices compilation tape out earlier this year, but I wanted to make it the best product I possibly could. I started working on Best of Both Offices Vol. IV in February 2014 and completed it at the end of November 2014. I wanted to make something great, something successful. Like Frank Underwood said "Success is preparation with a little luck". As we close out 2014 and enter a new year, enjoy the official fourth installment of the Best of Both Offices mixtape series.

One of the greatest works from Portland's own Cool Nutz. "Failure Is The Feeling" is a mature work filled with socially conscious, urban, street cultured Hip-Hop that real fans of Urban culture can only appreciate.  

This is music that must be heard, digested, processed, passed along, shared, and shown plenty of love.  Not many albums are complete and concise pieces of work that are inspired by genuine and classic Hip-Hop works.

Serving as the first offering off the Best of Both Offices Vol. 4 compilation tape, Atlantic Records signee Dusty McFly takes viewers on a journey through the Hollywood Hills with the visual for "Watch Me Ball Out". With production from Cardo, Dusty spits about women, money and the fruits of his labor but not without acknowledging others who are living similar lifestyles. 

The laid-back video contrasts Dusty's gritty delivery and braggadocios bars, while finding balance between lavish living and everyday life. Dusty also recently released his smash hit "Paper" that will be featured on his upcoming mixtape "Evergreen" due out in the near future.

The fourth installment of the Best of Both Offices compilation series is set to be released before the end of the year.
