Swiss music producer Thom Nagy - @thomnagy - released his "Damals" EP last year. The compilation involved his distinctive broad sounds, fluttering synths and warm subtly-applied basses. The EP's three tracks have now been remixed and will be published as Basel-based Gelbes Billet Musik's 30th release on April 30th, 2014.

Der Schweizer Musikproduzent Thom Nagy - @thomnagy - brachte im vergangenen Jahr seine EP "Damals" raus. Die Zusammenstellung bestand aus seinen charakteristischen, weiten Hallräumen, flatternden Synths und warmen, subtil eingesetzten Bässen. Die drei Werke der EP wurden nun geremixed und am 30. April 2014 auf dem Label auf dem Label Gelbes Billett Musik, das in Basel sitzt, als 30. Katalognummer veröffentlicht. Rampues Version bietet trndmusik bis Ende der Woche als kostenlosen Download an.

Danish artist Be Svendsen combines once more with the Crosstown Rebels crew, following on from his emphatic NU 'Man O To' remix, which landed in late February. The latest collaboration comes in the form of the new 'Twilight in Tankwa' EP, it comes with two original cuts as well as a remix from Berlin native Nico Stojan. Lasse Bruhn Svendsen ,as he's known to his friends and family, has been a proponent of refreshing electronic music since his emergence in 2014 and the work he started continues with yet another special record. The title track is a slow-winding groover that's coated with intricate melodic touches, while an engrossing atmosphere rotates around a punchy drum ensemble. Seth Schwarz teamed up with his funky fellow Be Svendsen, and together they created something that has the same UV index and the same amount of fresh air as a festival with perfect climatic conditions: During its epic 10 minutes of play time, their highly melodic track “Elves of Karoo” grows just as big and exciting as a full weekend on a dancefloor bathed in a generous amount of direct sunlight. Furthermore, Seth Schwarz adds the solo track “Quando Rando” that is slower but just as compelling and that reflects the classical composition skills of this producer in an intriguingly subliminal way. The amount of great producers who contribute remixes for this EP lives up to the idea of a perfect festival, as well – a festival for lovers of catchy yet sophisticated dance music, that is.

Seth Schwarz und Be Svendsen haben gemeinsam etwas geschaffen, dessen UV-Index und Frischluftgehalt einem Festival mit Bilderbuch-Bedingungen entspricht: Ihr hochgradig melodiöser Track “Elves of Karoo” ist in seinen epischen 10 Minuten Spielzeit mindestens genauso groß und ereignisreich wie ein Wochenende auf einer Tanzfläche unter freiem Himmel. Im Alleingang legt Seth Schwarz außerdem den etwas langsameren, aber genauso zugkräftigen Titel “Quando Rando” nach, in dem er seine klassischen Kompositionskünste mit zurückhaltender Eleganz einsetzt. Die Menge der hochkarätigen Künstler, welche für die Remixes an Bord geholt wurden, entspricht übrigens ebenfalls dem Bild eines Festivals mit Bilderbuch-Bedingungen für Freunde eingängiger und doch anspruchsvoller Tanzmusik.

The discription should be: “The Smooth Gardens” is a sensual and groovy track from the brother duo @parallellsofficial and @abundance-live in which they combine many instruments and organic sounds to Thomas from @parallellsofficial' crooner voice.

The EP refers to The Gardens of Babylon movement in Amsterdam, who redefined the music and event experience. It is a family where all of the EP’s artists are part of.

The inspiration also came during Amsterdam Dance Event. A week filled with musical influences. In that sense, The Smooth Gardens is a hymn to dance, where the smooth groove of the track is slowly reaching parts of your body and is leading them to move, sway and dance.

The EP includes two powerful remixes. The first one is from the couple duo @kmln-berlin bringing a rhythmical edge to it. The second one is from @noraj-cue and @undersmusic bringing a powerful clubby vibe. No doubt both versions will shake the dance floors!
