Hello and welcome to our Soundcloud page.
We are Better Luck Next Time (UK) and we aim to bring the world of Classic Rock to our audience (or 'Next Timers' as we like to call them), with our motto of "let's get serious about having fun" as well as a unique element of excitement, and audience involvement, with the overriding focus on the best music in the world - Classic Rock...from the 60s and 70s onwards...with classics from the likes of: Free, Thin Lizzy, UFO, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Bon Jovi, Bad Company, ZZ Top, Cream and Deep Purple...to name but a few!
We will take your pub, event, or party and 'rock it up'...our shows are lively and energetic, and full of the songs that we all know and love - with some you may have even have forgotten and need reminding of!
As for the band; Dreams, ideas and discussions about forming a band were had and eventually formulated by Ian - vocals (ex Nightmare City and Stoneheart) and Dave - drums and backing vocals (ex Cover'd and Metropolis) in August 2011.
Better Luck Next Time (UK)...the name being taken from the results of a competition on the back of Ian's Newcastle Brown Ale bottle...wasted no time...... the band was born!
