Brain Chemistry is a frenetic, glitchy transmission from the edge of cognition — a genre-bending beat tape that pulses like neural static. Each track feels like a moment of mental overload distilled into rhythm: warped synths stutter over unpredictable drums, lo-fi textures clash with hi-fi ambition, and melodies are chopped, reversed, and glitched like corrupted memories.

From the jump, the album throws you into chaos with tracks that slap hard, glitch harder, and never sit still. It’s full of MPC-driven bursts, distorted breakbeats, detuned melodies, and psychedelic transitions that feel like flipping through brainwave frequencies. There’s an intentional disorientation to it — but not without purpose. Underneath the digital noise is a clear sense of architecture, tension and release, even when songs clock in under two minutes.

If Flume and MF DOOM ever crossed frequencies, it might sound like this: experimental electronic wizardry fused with raw, villainous grit. Some beats evoke 2000s-era IDM cooked in a DIY lab; others sound like vaporwave and industrial trap fused in a malfunctioning arcade. The collision of pristine sound design and grimy beat tape ethos makes Brain Chemistry both chaotic and strangely cohesive — a record that invites you to get lost in its system glitches.
