Obejmij świadomością obszar Świętego Serca ( nieco poniżej serca fizycznego.), pozostań w tej przestrzeni przez całą medytację.
Włącz intencję: Połączenie z Duszą
Wsłuchaj się w mój głos. Przywołaj uczucie wdzięczności. Utrzymuj w sobie to uczucie i połączenia z Matką Ziemią pozostając w obszarze Świętego Serca przez całą medytację/kontemplację.

In everyday life it is sometimes difficult to achieve a state of peace of mind, inner silence, a moment in which we can feel ourselves, connect with the Soul. That's why I recorded the transmission /meditation supporting you.
The vibrations vary. I want you to know that all sharp, wheezing and rustling sounds are great at crumbling all vibrational restrictions, helping to remove energy attachments. These transmission support real changes in your life. It connects you with your Soul purpose. Restore the divine "human settings"

How to conduct contemplation.
Do not listen while driving. Use headphones. Find a quiet, peaceful place. Take a comfortable position. Breathe deeply. "Ground yourself, be in connection with Mother Earth. Embrace the area of the Sacred Heart (just below the physical heart), stay in this space throughout the meditation.
Turn on the intention: Connection to the Soul
Listen to my voice. Recall a feeling of gratitude. Maintain this feeling and connection with Mother Earth by remaining in the space of the Holy Heart throughout all meditation /contemplation.
Listen as often as You feel. For example a few times a day per week🌞🌞🌞

Effect: You will feel calm and relaxed and you will experience the joy & peace of the Spirit.

This Free Navarātri Be Woman Online Festival 2020 has come to life to celebrate the launch of The Devi School and first foundational course The Heroine’s Journey, a project that the Be Woman Team has been birthing and creating during the year of 2020. Nava means "nine" & Rātri means "night" 

The 9 nights of the goddess, where each night is dedicated to one aspect of Durgā Devi, she who removes pain & sorrow. She is known as the great mother, who is fearless, bestows courage, strength & helps her devotees to face any challenge in life. Turning every difficult situation into a blessing, an opportunity for spiritual growth. 
During Navarātri, the goddess that we call Devi, is worshiped as Durgā the first 3 nights, as Lakṣmī the next 3 nights and as Sarasvatī the last 3 nights.
