Nice episode, Andy! Unfortunately N64 wasn't sold in Russia. And original NES/Famicom wasn't too. But we had pirate copy of NES called "Dendy" with fuken elephant mascot and a bunch of pirate ports of original games. At least we had more or less original Sega Genesis console. This two was the cult consoles for us.

Rogue Squadron was the bomb; kick ass Star Wars game, and Kirby 64 was awesome; happy bright colours. Another was Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon (was like a Japanese Zelda).
