There might come a moment in your life, when things get either really challenging in maybe all area’s of your life… Or you endure a life-changing event, survive a near-death experience or a massive loss, which make you wonder if there’s more to life than this. 

What might seem like an existential crisis or a huge depression, could possibly be your Spiritual Awakening kicking in. This is a very precious and sacred process where you will be going through a massive transformation over a longer period of time. And although this journey is a blessing, it can be quite challenging for your body, mind and your overall life and wellbeing.

While we go through life, we experience all kinds of turmoil, drama, and trauma. One of the ways we tend to cope with circumstances that seem unbearable at a certain point, is to dissociate. That can be by mentally tuning out, disconnecting from your body, or dissociating from the world around us. On top of that, there might be a possibility that you are not fully grounded aka incarnated in your body. In order to have a healthy, safe and happy life, you need to root yourself here on earth, before you can rise and thrive.

Some emotions can be a pain in the ass, let’s be honest with each other. But we must not forget that emotions are our guiding system and our here to help us navigate and heal through life.
