In fact, making yourself a priority, preserving your energy and healing through trauma can be the uncomfortable or painful parts of our journey; but it’s what’s best for our growth. We’re tracing back to a defining moment in our lives that shaped our spiritual beliefs.  From Baptist church, to Catholic schools to magic and altars. We didn’t have elders in our family to give us the keys and guide us. How did we get here? By realizing we didn’t need a medium to connect to the divine. The highest source is not only all around us, but is within us. She, God, Allah, Oludumare, Jevoah- however you feel most comfortable addressing it,  is the ultimate shapeshifter; presenting itself in various shapes and forms to connect with all of us. Ep 4: When Your Mental Health Won't Let You Be Great

That's right! It's a new moon in Aries, new Cardi B, new Drake and we're in our bag. You hear us say the word "authenticity" often, and this episode we're exploring what that means and looks like for us. We chat about how we're able to stay authentic in this social media realm of false reality and curated perception. We question how we discover our truest selves when we're being programmed to admire the lives of others or live the lives our parents expect us to..Sometimes we need to tune inward, connect with our authentic selves and remember who we really are.

Ep 5: Remember Who The F*ck You Are

“You are here to enable the divine purpose of the universe to unfold. That is how important you are!” - Eckhart Tolle. “Why am I here? ” is a question that you’ve probably asked yourself. We’ve been fed the ideology of the American Dream, putting us in this rat race. Some of us have adopted the paths of doing what we feel we should or were taught we should follow, but it neglects purpose. It is our duty as a divine being through our connection with source to navigate through life with the intent of discovering exactly what unique gifts or talents we’ve been blessed with to contribute to global ascension. In this episode, we touch on questions to ask yourself when seeking purpose, the qualities to have to connect with your purpose, and the tools you can use to discover your purpose.

Ep 6: We're Clear Why We're Here, How 'Bout You?

With a New Moon in Taurus approaching on the same day Taurus transits into a new sign for the first time in 7-8 years, it’s safe to say we’re being presented with with fresh, transformational energy. So, why not use this time to activate our inner magician? As we discussed in the last episode, we’re all provided with divine gifts. In addition to that, we ALL have the power to harness our psychic abilities and intuition. In episode 7, we’re casting spells with intention! #WitchLife. We talk about the union of consciousness & words in casting spells AND provide a few different ways to cast spells from jewelry to crystals to candle & bath magic.

Ep 7: Alchemizing the Witch in You

Let's talk about forgiveness! It liberates us from suffering over the past and it forces us to be in the Now. Radical forgiveness is a way to look at forgiveness from a spiritual point of view that encourages a shift in perception. We're chatting about surrendering to the flow of life - allow life to happen! Perception plays a huge role in this process because the things that we criticize and judge the most are only reflections of our internal world.  We have to understand that every experience is unfolding to benefit our spiritual growth and soul evolution. Acknowledge, feel, reveal, heal and repeat!

Ep 8: Radical Forgiveness, Let the Necessary Occur

Are you aware, that before you even came into this physical dimension (3D) your soul made a commitment with the universe? This commitment is your soul contract. In that soul contract, your soul makes a choice to experience, manifest and feel certain things for your consciousness to evolve. You also choose your soul team, or some love to call "soulmates". Don't be fooled, you have many soulmates whose purpose expand beyond romantic connections. Sometimes it's your romantic partner, other times it might be a family member or best friends. Their purpose is to reveal parts of ourselves that we reject or are so deeply hidden, in order to heal. They force us to confront our shadow selves, so, yes, sometimes that's painful! But, be sure to never confuse abusive relationships for soulmate connections. Allow yourself to be present, in those moments you can identify the synchronocities the universe provides for us to expand our souls consciousness. Have you met any of your soulmates yet?

Ep 9: Soul to Soul

We know it's been a minute and we've missed you, tribe! It was necessary for us to take a step back and heal while we navigate through the losses we’ve been facing. For the 10th episode we wanted to bring it back to the circle of life. We all experience loss in some way shape or form. This seems to be the underlying theme of this eclipse season, so we’re journeying through loss by circumstances beyond your control and loss by means of releasing. Plus,  we’ve added a new ritual to our podcast experience--a tarot reflection! (sorry for sound quality on this one!!)

Ep 10: To Lose Is To Gain

“Sis” this, “sis” that. We throw the word around so freely, yet we don't seem to genuinely embrace each other in that light. In this episode, it was important for us to dissect the dynamics between black and brown women, on and offline. We’re supportive on the internet, but do we genuinely keep that same energy in person? Let’s be honest, so we can move forward and truly “run the world”, word to our queen Bey. We’re talking about sisterhood; what that looks like, feels like and means to us. We share our negative and positive experiences within the realm of sister, whether friendships or just sharing space. How can we show up for each other with respect and acceptance? Encourage someone else’s tribe and find your tribe.

We're baaack! We missed you, beautiful brown girls. This new episode you might need to take a *deep breath* because we're diving deep. Through our grieving experience,  we are exposing our vulnerabilities + shared lessons with you all. We had to take some time out to nurture ourselves + fill our empty cups so that we would be able to send some light your way. We hope this episode reconnects our tribe + that each one of you is able to gain understanding + wisdom from it.
