Wild Reflection is now out with his first EP in a year on the Danish label BGM8S.. 
The EP is called “Dream City” and is a reimagination of post-corona clubbing. 
A place where we all meet with peace and love for the music.
The journey takes you through sounds of classic house to the deepest of chords, a feel good record for your soul.

TLDR: Cute, Quirky, Fun & Sweet mix, recorded live at Joy Bar in Copenhagen.

There's an oasis of great vibes hidden in Copenhagen called Joy Bar. A sweet spot where the music is controlled by local dj's and the drinks are affordable enough for the creative class. I absolutely love it.

On July 16th i did a 6 hour set at Joy. Spinning everything from Jazzy cuts, to funky groovers, classic house tunes and internet gems. But in the middle of the set, i did something different.

I've been gathering tunes i've found. cute, quirky, weird (in a fun way) and similair. Thrown em' into a folder with the idea, that i would one day play a set that was quirky, cute and fun. This is that set. VERY different from my usual mixes. But it does as intended. It puts a smile on my face and i hope it will put a smile on yours too :)

Divad • Live From JOY (July 15th)

On a warm night in may. Us at BGM8S had our first, label-night at our favourite club in Copenhagen, Culture Box. Ryan Dank and Divad, got behind the decks, on the Black Box stage where RD has been showing his legendary skillset for years, while new-kid-on-the-block Divad has only spun his eclectic style, once before in the big room.

Together they had the duty of warming up for the legendary, Fabric Resident DJ, Anna Wall. Whom they had invited to tear the roof off the building. With Leoh ending the night with his fast-paced style.

Ryan Dank and Divads opening set was recorded in full, so here you can listen to a playfull set, live from Culture Box. A special mix of styles, turning into a journey through various genres and moods.

*The first 30 minutes of the recording was lost due to a technical failure, and have therefore been cut out. The recording therefore starts 30 minutes into the set.

About the EP Wild Reflection himself says;

My first memory of music as a child was when I was walking in to my uncles apartment, colorful walls, statues, exotic chaos and abstract paintings. I stood in the door opening holding my mothers hand a bit anxious of the apartment packed with people from around the globe but in the distance I could hear what I later came to understand was the sound of bossanova, Astrid Gilberto’s voice calming me down and leading my way into the festivities.
My uncle sparked my first interest in music and build the groundwork for what musically and spirituality journey I would take.
Brazilian music was our common ground and I continue to explore that colorful path.

House Over Honeys 2 is the second VA to come out from BGM8S Collective. We started this release as a way to give something to the community as well as giving ourselves and our friends a chance to get trax released that are just sitting on their harddrives.

This years compilation has grown since last year! 11 tunes from 7 different artists and this year with both national and international friends on the lineup! Our friends count Niles Cooper, Paawl, Beer Belly Pete and BlitzKrieger. And from the BGM8S crew we got Wild Reflection, Dan Sabel and Divad

From electro-break vibes to pumping disco stompers. From Lo-Fi neck breakers to groovy minimal. This VA covers alot of ground, but what they all have in common, is a high level of skill and quality.
