Euphonious Delirium is a state of mind where you are comfortable and happy in your bed at 3AM but the negative thoughts/regrets/post trauma stress hits you all of a sudden.
The melody stands for the happy or comfortable feeling where as the confusing Synths represent your negative thoughts/regrets hitting you all of a sudden.
The track "What is this place?" exactly describes the feeling where you start feeling better and try to get over your regrets/depression/ negative thoughts, but all of a sudden you are back to the same place  or thoughts and start all over again.
You try so hard to avoid this state of mind and try to focus on the positives in your life, but you are back to the same place within a while where your thought process started.
The happy and confusing ending of the track indicates that whatever you are going through will turn out all right.
You will either get over the bad feeling with time or you will stop giving a fuck and start living with it.
At the end you will win at any cost if you moved with right intentions.

Purandara Dasa Purandara dāsa)(born Srinivasa Nayaka; c. 1484 – c. 1565) was a HARIDASA philosopher . He was a composer, singer and one of the chief founding-proponents of Carnatic music (Karnataka classical music). In honor of his significant contributions to Carnatic music, he is widely referred to as the Pitamaha (lit. "father" or "grandfather") of Carnatic music. According to a legend, he is considered as an incarnation of Saint Narada
