Or tiny creatures from the fairy tales which are delivering and swirling in the air like in Cirque Du Soleil. Here comes sassy games with bass in an ethnic world of bells and whistles . Maiia makes it all shaky and dancy, and the journey goes on in a dabby way. Fans of vocals will also find joy here. Not mentioning those who fancy relaxing moods with syrupy chants and carpentry workshop in a tropical garden. "

Here is the first set of mine for the new year ... its one hour recorded from a 3 hour set i played in January for SHIVAMOON at a Sangoma night on the legendary Koh Phangan island in Thailand. The last time i went was in 2003 so lots has changed but the spirit remained the same - although it is not as open anymore and one has to look a bit closer. Unfortunately my recorder didnt have more space to record the whole set ... anyway this should be a glimpse of foresty nighttime music ... Looking forward to be back back in Thailand soon. 
big thanks to Kia and everyone who made my Thailand trip so special!
