Aka-Tony got hooked by his vinyl collecting uncle when he was a child at the age of 3. He collected vinyl for years, flooded his home town with self-made mixtapes and played here and there as a resident. When he moved to Barcelona the decks and the whole vinyl were sold and from there on his focus was only on listening to music of all kinds. In 2018 he wanted to do another short mix with records from the last century and that's when he got hooked again. The "one" mix has grown to about 100 plus and an end is not too soon insight. As a resident of the non-commercial radio GDS.FM in Zurich he has been playing a regular slot for the last 2 years and with aka-tapes, He has his own podcast series.

This mix I dedicated to a dear music friend of mine who lost a family member because of COVID. Move on and keep on doing what you are doing, dear friend. Much love.0

Finding such an ambient gem within a heavy album was a surprise but also my first experience of seeing artists not give a fuck about genre and just making a great song fit in a great album.
