A veteran of South Africa's electronic music scene with over 30 years of experience, DJ Bibi began his journey in the 1990s, evolving from private parties to becoming a fixture in the country's premier nightclubs. Having performed at over 100 venues including iconic spots like Funky Town, Studio 88, Tempos, and the legendary Bourbon Street circuit nationwide, his influence extended internationally through guest performances worldwide.

Recognized as one of the top corporate events DJs in the 2000s, he brought professional excellence to high-profile business functions before retiring in the mid-2000s. The 2019 pandemic reignited his passion, leading to a successful comeback featuring performances at the Google Dolls concert, major rugby festivals, and sporting events across South Africa.

DJ Bibi's signature style blends Afrohouse, Disco House, Funky House, Latino, Piano, Rock, and other weird and wonderful genres with nostalgic 60s-90s commercial dance and EDM. His philosophy of "old songs with new baselines and beats" creates unique experiences that resonate across generations. Known for his expertly crafted remixes and seamless transitions, he continues to evolve his sound while remaining available for corporate events.
