The two brothers Jimi Wilkes and Blue Savage have played together ever since in their Childhood and youth in Baltimore,Md. In their early Bands they had different drummers like their buddy, the young Dennis Chambers. 
Blue later played with people from the Temptations, while Jimi got to play with George Clinton amongst others.
They went to Germany where they founded a band called Phase IV. In 1987 the drummer Markus Hassold joined the band, after they had been playing together in the band of Andy Goldner, bandleader of the german kraut-rock-band Exmagma.
