So, I wrote this song because I was very inspired by the actress who played Dani in Midsommar. She too, lost her parents and had to deal with the harsh reality of sudden abandonment. Then having to figure out who would empathize with her pain and having to deal with the anxiety again when the people around you fall out of love with you, I feel this. Her journey in a lot of ways reflects mine
