Çaykh presents: Carpet Contextualization #2

Originally aired on Netil Radio via Dragoș Munteanu's JAS show which exclusively premiered the first two tracks of forthcoming Carpet Album’s B-Side,  this is the second installment of Spiritczualic Enhancement Center's Carpet Contextualization series. 

Curated by the outernational spectral-jazz ensemble’s drummer & producer Çaykh, the series presents a collection of influences and inspirations for the LP which he mixed throughout the lockdowns while travelling the Mediterranean coast from Cote d’Azur to Albania.

Carpet Album is landing on 29.10.2021.

“Carpet Inauguration” and “This One is On You, Adrian” were recorded during Spiritczualic’s stay at Outernational Days festival in Bucharest, back in 2018. Like the other tracks on the vinyl, they were remotely overdubbed by locked-down members of the project - dispersed over several countries.
