this one is funny because i made it as a submission to krisroomba's discord server contest. supposed to be a reimageining of power of neo, i decided to kill two birds with one stone and finally get around to make this! I have an another medium replacement in the works, but I can't get it quite right, so enjoy this for the meantime.

This plays during the core's meltdown, so you don't really have a lot of time to kill this guy or you don't have a lot of lv to kill this guy. it would be a hard battle for that limiter
