The formerly mighty Flash Atkins has done a damn fine mix for the Big Gay 10K to help you get in shape enough to gallop, trot or slope round London on September 30.   

The Big Gay 10K is a sponsored run and fundraising event for PACE and London Friend that is open to the fittest and the not-so-fit alike. The event starts and finishes at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and culminates in the Big Gay Village Fete – the only place in the UK where you’ll find a drag tarot reader and bearded bingo caller!
