Alpha Jobe is a Gambian Musician with the rap name "Big Alf". Borned on the 21st of January 1995. 
Big Alf has always been full of self esteem since nursery school. By then he played lead roles in all school dramas as he was also part of the school choir.
He got his first media recognition at the age of 10 when he read the weather forecast at GRTS(The national TV station) on a day commonly called "children's day of broadcasting" leaving every viewer amazed by what a 10 year old was capable of at that time.
Alf has always been an active member of exrtra curricular activities such as the Science Club, PIA(Presidential Award Scheme), Red Cross, Peace Palp Club etc. He also represented the school in different debate competition where  he managed to win the inter school debate competition once(in 2008) and he also came first in the Red Cross Miss, Master and Miming competition in 2013.
Writing has always been his hobby. Most of his friends called him "the ink drainer" because he was fond of finishing inks fast due to his eagerness to keep writing lyrics frequently. Thou he was never interested in being a musician. After finishing high school, he decided to study Engineering where he succeeded in reaching Advanced Diploma Level(Still studying)
He became a song writer from 2013 to 2016. And he has been able to assist few artists to come up with radio hits. He was convinced by most of his friends that he definitely has to turn on the myc because everyone saw how talented he is.
So he dropped he first single in May 2017(Alphabetical slaughter A to Z) which was loved by many listeners because of the creativity in the song. Tracks like "Adama & Awa" and "No Changes" eventually turned him into an activist rapper as he spoke the minds of everyone in regards to the wrong doings of the present generation. 
Alphabetical Slaughtet Part 2(this time from Z to A) followed afterwards. And everyone termed it as "the BOMB single"
With less than one year in the Gambian music industry, Big Alf is working very hard to reach the level befitting a rapper of his callibar. Remember the name because his best is yet to be seen.
