Tragic situation and 2017 is likely the most horrendous Hurricane 'Season' ever experienced! Global warming may not have necessarily created the 'Canes, but the intensity certainly has some correlation, imho and that of many others far more knowledgeable than me. What if you chose a Poco Classic and sorta' crossed it with a Creedence Clearwater feel, and then sprinkled it with a bit of Island Spice?  Might sound something like this, hopefully??? I'm told by some that even a bit of Elvis might of 'snuck in here' somehow? LOL Wasn't anything intentional. Anyway, I had done a version of this one awhile back, but have been wanting to recreate it a bit differently. Hope you like my interpretation. All due respect meant to Poco and Timothy B. Schmit. BIO: Kristian Pedersen a.k.a. BBZ a.k.a. BBZoom a.k.a. Bigbangzoom
 
I'm an old cat with my roots from New Orleans that enjoys songwriting, composing, recording and performing my original and mostly acoustic songs. I am a self-taught musician from a musical family background.  I have lived in several countries overseas (6) and have traveled extensively for the past 20 years. In that time I have played in several bands in many countries, with musicians from around the world and have had the pleasure to learn from and experience so many talented people, musicians and exotic cultures, that as a songwriter, one cannot help but bring that into verse with instrumental expression through having the world as my playground in music. So my music is therefor uniquely written and felt with bit of country jazz funk boogie and often Floyd. But now I am a songwriter living out my retirement and enjoying composing my music 
 
As a singer, I sang in a vocal trio with Big Bands in the eighties with my Bro and even got to perform with the legendary "Tommy Dorsey Band" and once perform on the mall in Washington DC and at a private session in the halls of Congress.   Thanks Leif
 
My greatest achievement however, was forming and playing in a band in Kuwait called "The Human Shields" starting just around  the time of the Iraq invasion in 2003. We played gigs around the country from 2003 to 2006, but the cool ... was we had the privilege of entertaining the soldiers by playing at several of the military bases around the country..  In 2006 I moved to Indonesia where I was in another band called "The Tiger Kings" and we opened for several of the top name acts in Indonesia.
 
I moved back to Houston with my home recording studio, where I record my own songs basically doing all the writing, playing, singing and producing on my own, with the exception of if I need a really screaming lead guitar track, then I collaborate with my buddies from one of my previous bands to send me a lead track to add to the master.

All of my originals recorded as basic demos that i hope to interest other artists to record themselves and in their own styles and arrangements.
