Insanity Sans is an psychopath version of Sans created by Zero Danteero
After being infected by one of Gaster's experiments, Sans completely loses his mind and becomes a murderer.

He is an interpretation of the aforementioned character made by SoilingQuasar
It's a Sans who has been left alone being that for some strange reason, everyone seems to have disappeared out of nowhere
Loneliness drives him to a point of insanity and possible schizophrenia, making poorly made puppets of his own missing friends.

- Insanity!Tale Sans

After being able to beat the human, he had grown fond of the slaughter of humans so much so that he put it on himself to bring the end of the human race over the entire Multiverse, and set about after the events of InsanityTale to incite that vision by growing stronger and stronger ever so gradually, using all his might to annihilate timelines in order to gain their vast strength.
