Added a bunch of instruments and addressed some balance issues. Timing is off in a couple of places - bugger.

Black Velvet V2

This is a pretty sparse cover of Amy Winehouse's "You Know I'm No Good". It's a great track for showcasing a strong female vocalist, as keeping pitch down in the low register can be a real challenge. We play this pretty much as you hear it - minus the bass guitar!

I think this one will stay nice and plain. No need for embellishment, though I may do some vocal tidying up to add depth to the mix.

You Know I'm No Good - Acoustic Cover

This started as a sweet and empty cover of Time After Time, in the style f Eva Cassidy. As always, I got a bit carried away and wrote out an accompaniment for string trio, which is being played through some synth instruments. It might be a little too much, but I'm quite enjoying showing the intent behind each of our covers, such that you might get what we're going for in a live situation with just the two voices and guitar.
