With the powerful melodic vocals of John Hashem fronting the band, the dirty yet smooth guitar of Mike Burns, the pounding punchy bass of Jeff Wilson and the powerful hard hitting drums of Shane Coady comes the classic but fresh sound of Big Huge. Big Huge has the dirt of AC/DC with the soul of the south. After guitarist Mike Burns played in Vancouver for 2 years with " Live she Cries" and lived 6 months in Toronto he settled back on P.E.I in 2009 and began working with ex " Loud Machine" vocalist John Hashem, they began working on material and formed Big Huge. They brought in veteran drummer Shane Coady to supply the hard hitting drum sound the band needed, Shane has played with a number of bands around P.E.I and is very well known around the Maritimes. After going through a few bass players they finally settled on a local tatoo artist and musician Jeff Wilson ( formerly of Negative J) With the lineup complete Big Huge began to tighten up there sound and started playing the local bars around town, after there first gig word spread quick that they were they new rock n roll act to see in town. Big Huge has been in the process of finishing up there debut album and it should be released in the next few months.
