Jason Childs, an Australian musician, singer, songwriter, and producer, has been part of the music scene since the early 1980s. Born with an innate passion for music, his journey has been marked by dedication, innovation, and an unyielding commitment to his craft. 

Hailing from the picturesque New South Wales South Coast, Jason's love affair with music began at a young age when he discovered his parents' old vinyl records. Captivated by the melodies and lyrics, he picked up a guitar and began to experiment with creating his own tunes. It was evident from the start that he had found his calling. 

In April 1994, Jason co-founded the band "Catskin Frizsby" alongside a group of like-minded musicians. Their unique sound, blending elements of rock and blues, quickly garnered attention, and they became a staple in the local music scene. Performing across various venues throughout the 90s, Catskin Frizsby captivated audiences with their electrifying live shows and soulful original material. 

Jason continues to evolve and explore new avenues, traveling around Australia, drawing inspiration from the vast, varying landscapes, communities, historical stories and characters he comes across.
