Today we celebrate the Winter Solstice in the Northern hemisphere. A time of year where we have the longest of nights followed by shortest of days. In many ancient cultures this marks the symbolic death and rebirth of the sun and for many of us this midwinter day represents a shift, the end of a cycle and beginning of a new one, where we're going towards brighter times.

We'd like to host our celebration and final chapter of the Navigare Audio podcast for 2021 together with our dear friend and brother NESS from Italy. I recently recorded a 1 hour mix for Diamondstein's brilliant Night Shift NTS mix series which was aired on October 25th. Inspired by the title and concept, I wanted to build a small narrative, from the moment one walks home from work after their night shift, to slowly being pulled down the rabbit hole, in and of consciousness :)

It was a pleasure to dig deep and dive into more ambient d&b, ambient techno vibes, so don’t expect anything banging, though I hope you enjoy the trip 🖤
