Feel good music. That’s his calling card. When you listen to music by producer, composer, engineer Emmanuel Brillant, you get the sense that he has a pulse on what feels good to the collective human soul. 
Emmanuel Brillant was born in Miami and raised in North Miami Beach. Eager to dive into the world of music and performance art, Brillant picked up the trumpet in middle school where he played in his school’s concert band and fiddled around with music composition. Once in high school, Brillant put down the trumpet and picked up the tuba – an instrument he stayed with throughout high school into his years at Florida A&M University, where he marched in the world-renowned Marching “100” band. While at FAMU, Brillant studied music education. After a few years on the Hill, Brillant enrolled in SAE Institute where he studied Audio Engineering. At SAE, Brillant fell in love with studio recording and music production, all of which set him on his current path. 
A child of the 80s, Brillant’s sound is inspired by the artists who were at their prime during that era – Michael Jackson, Madonna, Hall and Oats, Whodini, Newcleus, and Anita Baker.  He would often play Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” album repeatedly on his mother’s stereo system along with some of his other favorite albums, paying close attention to the arrangements, the syncopation, the movement and the sound. Brillant sharpens his production skills by gleaning from some of the greats including Quincy Jones, Timbaland, Pharrell, Doctor Luke and Babyface. 
Brillant has worked with Teedra Moses, Jaguar Wright, Kodak Black, Benzino, N.O.R.E., Bun B and up-and-coming artists Kina Monic and D. Elle to name a few. He is committed to creating music that is a mixture of beauty and intensity. Music that, as he says, “just feels good.”
