The path to freedom from Prison Radio make the birds sing
These chirps ring through, the soul power we know that is true
from decades, years, months, weeks, days, hours to the minute

Unfathomable darkness
only needs a bit of light to shine insight from joy
Our Statue of Liberty has missed its counterpart
the responsibility taken to heart by those who feel the spark

The void of injustice has no Just Mercy
teach me where you find your divine energy
never to forget the inequities
these moments of rage in pain
have a place to be used and fused with Love of the highest gain
distortions brought to harmony
absorption of clarity

Your words strike a target with precision of the most open hearted
This living, this aliveness is miraculous
rustling in the burning bush of omens found through practice

the wrongs that can be made right

Memories are our greatest resource of force
of course they need continual reminding
that our source always has impeccable timing
or inevitabilities that reinforce our intuitions findings

a book that deeply shook me more than 10 years ago
continue to shake us with your devotion
the venue for intimacy is a potion we must all take for healing
listening as vehicle, the writing is critical, the readings material
bringing us closer to the tenderness of the real

the mind is stronger than metal, concrete or steel
this we learn through your work of zeal
the Homeland of Hip Hop is in the hearts of our struggle
