The Pure Deluxe Edition EP kicks off with Suncatcher’s melodic, thermic take on Fireisland (with Aly & Fila), followed by the Extended Mix of the celestially gazing Voyager, which masses its booming drums to pulsate the speakers for a heart-in-mouth outer space ride. For the second release on Giuseppe Ottaviani's GO On Air Recordings, trance legend Misja Helsloot is flown in. With 'Wrecked' Misja delivers an almost anthem-like trancer, ready to drag you to the dance floor. A stunning remix of the track is done by fellow Dutchman Peter Martijn Wijnia.

Misja Helsloot is someone who literally proves the sky is not the limit with his online radioshow 'The Airborn Residency' broadcasted on all flights of Dutch airline Transavia every three months. His career got a kickstart when he was asked to mix the very first edition of the In Trance We Trust series for Black Hole Recordings. The success of the compilation resulted into DJ bookings all over the world. Misja also organizes his own trance parties called Create Events complemented by his own label under the name of Create Records. With a new release on Black Hole Recordings and now a new release on GO On Air Recordings, 2014 has started out very well for Misja Helsloot.

The young Poland based producer Lukas Krakowiak returns to us once more, this time with a dramatic progressive production, packed with emotional sounds and structures. The break includes some really wast elements and euphoric melodies, and a sax that will lead our way, it's another gorgeous production coming up from the producer.

The first out of 2 remixes comes from a truly gifted and promising producer hailing from Belarus and works his music through his Maliauka moniker. Going from strenght to strenght, he once more showcase what an excellent producer he is, and is someone we hope to see a lot more of on the progressive scene and through our Elliptical Sun Recordings roaster. Here he is with a brillinat take on the original ideas, where he put on some driving and rolling elements to give it a push in the right direction. Driving melodic progressive at its very best!

The 2nd re-rub comes from living legends Downgrooves who yet again returns to our imprint with another classy production. Be ready for an awesome downtempo remix, where they do all the work with the saxophone elements and building an hypnotic remix around that one.

For ‘Magenta’s next single transmission, musical maestro Giuseppe Ottaviani has teamed up with Dmitry Dmitriev, better known as Russian trance progressive producer Audiocells. Completing the release’s super troupe is vocalist Shannon Hurley and together they’ve conspired to create something a little bit low-slung and deliciously mood filled!! This is ‘I Am Your Shadow’.

With the launch of his GO On Air Recordings imprint and the release of the Alana Aldea collaboration ‘Heal This Empty Heart’, Giuseppe’s 2014 was fast off the blocks. March sees the Italian electronic music composer supersize another of the ‘Magenta’ album’s vocal prizes into an incredible single. 
Singer Shannon Hurley (who’s previously toplined tracks for Alex M.O.R.P.H., Tenishia, Andy Duguid, Protoculture and others) brings no small amount of vocal haunt and mystique to her lyrical lines and vocal intonations. Giuseppe underpins them with one of his typically thrusting, sinuous productions, while Audio Cells supply their darkly more atmospheric trance-progressive top layer to further shade ‘Magenta’s palette.

Heatbeat’s remix leads the release’s charge - you can grab that bright and early on Monday March the 17th.

The widely known and beloved by a large audience of clubbers and listeners, the Russian project Cosmonaut & Satellites presents the single «I Don't Know». 

It was recorded together with Alisa Sputnik — her magnificent voice permanently accompanies all major hits of the project including «Gori Yasno» and «Letite». For the first time the original version of «I Don't Know» had an official appearance on the label’s debut signature compilation «Intricate Sessions Volume 01 Mixed by PROFF and Vadim Soloviev», while the most attentive listeners and followers of Cosmonaut & Satellites have heard some early and raw draft versions performed at Kazantip 2013, where, according to the author himself, he caught some unique ideas for the future track. «Our life is filled with journeys to different cities, countries and continents. Every time I see hundreds and thousands faces of new people – I meet them for the first time and I do not know their names. But their eyes are fiery, their faces beam with pleasure and their bodies pulse in the united rhythm of the dance. In these moments of union, when the emotions are at the highest peak, I feel they all are my relatives, my natives. The sweet aftertaste of this meeting remains strong for a long time and I will be missing those people and willing to come back once again some day. And that’s the story beyond «I Don't Know», – explains Eduard Gubin, the founder of Cosmonaut & Satellites. 

As a result, the entire idea turned into a multi-format release on the Russian label Intricate Records, the forthcoming single incorporated such a variety of genres. The original, title version is a forward-moving progressive with some vivid elements of tribal and tech. A definitely more calm and soft version of «I Don't Know» was recorded by Matan Caspi from Israel. An opposite interpretation, a highly energetic and partially even harsh psy-trance remix by Andrey Samoylov from Moscow who produces under the alias Ksen. Finally, another personalized story is told by Andor Kovács from Hungary a.k.a. MDK — he is well-known due to a strong passion to breaks and everything related to the rhythm of broken beats.

He collaborated previously with the likes of Markus Schulz, Rank 1, Jonathan Mendelsohn, Ronski Speed and Ana Criado, and has remixed tracks from Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, tyDi, Above & Beyond, Gareth Emery and many more.

Cold Blue is an established trance producer from Mainz, Germany. In 2007 he unleashed the now-considered trance classic ‘11 Days’ with Pedro Del Mar on Black Hole’s In Trance We Trust, and has since then released tracks on Anjunabeats, High Contrast and Monster Tunes, while remixing acts like Paul Oakenfold, Gabriel & Dresden and Cosmic Gate.

Audiocells' new track isn't called 'Asia' for nothing as it's a solid more progressive trancer with subtle Asian influences woven through the beats. Remixer Liam Wilson pumped up the BPM of the track a bit, yet still manages to keep the slight Asian feel intact. Both are unique tracks that you will certainly hear on the dance floors soon. 

Audiocells is a Russian DJ, producer and musician and has been steadily making a name in the trance and progressive scene. While touring through all of Russia, Audiocells shared the stage with some of the biggest names in the industry. In 2013 a collaboration with Giuseppe Ottaviani followed on 'I Am Your Shadow' for his much praised 'Magenta' album. Now Audiocells' track is signed to Giuseppe's own label Go On Air Recordings, we'll surely have more great music coming our way.

He was the first artist in the world to conceive, then deliver trance as a live performance medium. Pioneering the technology and skills, then mastering its techniques and stagecraft, he introduced the world to Giuseppe Ottaviani LIVE! Signalling a major development in the scene, it’s a form that’s subsequently been adopted by many a leading light. His next step on was one as intrinsic as it was anticipatable... 

Back in the early spring, in Italy, Giuseppe packed up his studio kit. When it was next assembled, it was halfway around the world in Argentina, on stage at Mandarine, Buenos Aires’. There, on April 12th, in front of thousands of clubbers and music lovers at the arena, Ottaviani turned Live into a science.

Esta es Magenta Live!!”) With its next frisson thrill never more than a bass note, synth spike or crowd roar away, you can now experience that tour-de-force debut show for yourself. The concert album features purpose-built Live versions of its tracks, designed by Giuseppe to flow as an integrally sequenced, non-stop, fully enriched clubbing experience. Prepare to colour your mind with a different type of ‘Magenta’ as Ottaviani seamlessly, stunningly delivers his opus as a live, in-concert experience for the first time. Including all the tracks you’ve come to love, it features team-ups with fellow tranceologists Ferry Corsten and Aly & Fila, and is supported by a stellar line of vocalists (Eric Lumiere, Audrey Gallagher, Linnea Schössow, Lo-Fi Sugar and Vitamin B among them).

A double disc release, with ‘Passion’, ‘Liverpool’ and ‘In This Together’, its also the platform for three brand pieces of ‘Magenta’ magic, additionally comprising all the Live mixes as standalone tracks. With its tense steely riffs and galvanized by gallons of side-chain compression, ‘Passion’ brings a stadium trance atmosphere to Magenta. Tech takes charge on ‘Liverpool’, which is fuelled by controlled distortion bursts, big crowd igniting shouts and ever bit as inflammatory pitch bends. Having already lent ‘Magenta’ a transcendental heartland with recent single ‘Heal This Empty Heart’, Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Alana Aldea returns to bring a more uplifting, unifying spirit to ‘In This Together’. 

On the new Live version of ‘Love Will Bring It All Around’, Giuseppe eases the Original’s progressive nature and radiates a more vociferous trance ethic, locking Lumiere’s vocal around thunderous drums and bass lines. 

‘Stars’ has Giuseppe’s supplying another one of his trademark high-octane production engines, one that Swedish starlet Linnea Schössow counterbalances with a sky gazing, spellbinding vocal arc. Deeper into the night Stephen Pickup’s tones on ‘Illusion’ fleetingly splices a rock-ish gene in, whilst backed by Giuseppe’s miasma-like harmonics, Faith’s entrancing turn on ‘Nothing Wrong’ burns up Mandarine. 

In solo mode Giuseppe broadens ‘Magenta Live’s musical remit. On ‘Cold Flame’ he pumps the distortion pedal hard, working in electro-lining sounds and FX. ‘Feel The Music’ meanwhile riffs off the modulating acidic churn of ‘Hardtrance Acperience’, climactically boiling its 303 to mercury-pop levels. 

Uniting the high-octane studio personas of Aly & Fila and Giuseppe Ottaviani, ‘Brilliant People’ uses beatific, ever-shifting female harmonics to dizzying, daring effect. Ferry Corsten & Giuseppe meanwhile collectively use symphonic string, artfully interplayed with melodic redolence and air-slicing synths to fashion the infectious anthem ‘Magenta’.

A tradition that’s unofficially linked their last 4 years with a 3-strong arc of ‘Slowmotion’ tracks, each has augured a major new Solarstone or Orkidea release or project. As the first purpose-produced track from his forthcoming, keenly anticipated ‘Electronic Architecture³’compilation, No. ‘III’ in the series is no different. Together the pair deliver another piece of righteously dark, long and supremely strong subterranean-minded trance.
Solarstone & Orkidea are back to strike three for three with the latest in their sequential ‘Slowmotion’ series. The pair’s Original Mix steams from port through coolly undulated bass waves and casually swelled 80s-edged synthesis, tipping a blasé vocal salute to arch synth-masters Yello as it embarks. 
Churning those waters ever deeper, female siren-song harmonies heighten its atmosphere, before Richard & Tapio channel the track into the glockenspiel-like orchestral chime of the break.
