Back Across the Waters (Crossing the Bar) Second Mix

Wow - a blast from the past.  One of my first recordings on a Fostex 2 track portastudio, circa 1988.  Traditional hymn arranged for 2 acoustic guitars.  If I remember correctly, this would have been an Ovation nylon string model recorded with the Fostex's onboard mic.  It was recovered from a very old cassette master, hence the hiss.

I made a couple of passes at noise reduction, but it killed the character of the nylon string's voice.  So it is what it is.
