This is the title track to my latest record, Villains. A song about deception.

This is a song based on the relationship between Trip & Lux from The Virgin Suicides, a book by Jeffrey Eugenides. 

Trip

This is a song about losing someone incredibly close to you, and the process in which you go through to grieve and move on. I originally wrote this song on the guitar, and have always performed it this way, but I'd been saving this piano version for a special day.
