This beautiful recording of my 2012 choral setting of The Lord's Prayer was done by the Concordia University (NE) Chamber Choir conducted by Dr. Kurt von Kampen. They performed this piece on their Spring 2013 Concert Tour. It was also recently performed in concert by the Lincoln (NE) Lutheran Choir conducted by Dr. Kurt Knecht.

The choral setting of THE LORD'S PRAYER was premiered on April 21, 2012 by the Winona State University Chamber Singers, Dr. Harry Mechell, director. The concert was part of a composer residency in which I had the good fortune to work with all of the instrumental and vocal ensembles in the Winona State University Department of Music. I'm very grateful to Dr. Rich Macdonald for his work in organizing the residency.

THE LORD'S PRAYER actually began its life as a piece for soprano, mezzo-soprano and piano written for the wedding for two of my former students, Laura and Ben Peters. The original trio version was premiered at their wedding on July 26, 2008.
