This song started off as a riff played on my iPhone in Garage Band. I have been using the Smart Strings feature just swiping my finger across the chords and thought it made for a decent opening for a tune.

I didn't have a name for this track. So, when that happens, I just name them after Atari 2600 games.

It Happens Every Spring (Cover by Bill Hertzing)

I created this track using Google's A.I. Doodle that honors J.S. Bach.  With the doodle you can create your own melody, and through the magic of machine learning, the Doodle will harmonize your melody in Bach’s style. 

What you do is write the top melody (in this case I assigned a flute to it) and the A.I. does the rest.  Google's AI then wrote the other parts and then I downloaded the MIDI file.   To sort of honor the AI I made the bass part a synth bass

There were a few issues in getting some cadences to work.  Not every pass sounded the way I wanted or ended on the wrong chord.  You can simply click the "retry" button and the AI will write an all new harmony for it.
