Politicians lie, its their profession

Why cant we live and pull in one direction
Can people not be governed by their hearts
Instead we leave behind a sad reflection
Of what we`ve been and who we are

Politicians run and we are shamed 
Is it right to see our brothers suffer

Grateful Son

Wrote this, trying to imagine how it must feel to be a father taking his family to refuge, from a worn-torn country - traveling on one of these boats in the night, wondering what the future will be like.  Upshot - I cant really imagine it, but I know it must be horrendous for any human to suffer in this way.

Enjoy making music with friends. Played a few gigs lately with acoustic oriented band Cateran. Great guys - great fun!

Just learning the recording process so please forgive the rawness and obvious howlers! 

Got some more time to myself these days so writing a few songs has been fun and interesting.
