Dancing In Heaven

"Pulse" was written by Billy Dorsey in honor of the 49 lives lost at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando to gun violence, as a response to the callous disregard for those lives by the Church. All lives are precious to God, even those in the LGBTQIA community, and this song, that acts as a first person account of the incidents of the night from documented stories from both victims and survivors, posits the question, "When I'm gone, would you cry for me...or would I be a pariah because I loved differently?" Gospel for a new generation.
