DJ Kon’, who currently focuses on his label Eleatics Records, still gets his groove on for Senso Sounds, dropping a pair of heavy bangers on Oliver Huntemann’s much-lauded label. Fire, which features the vocals of Cari Golden, is a pounding floor-worker. A thick, heavy groove is punctuated with Golden’s environmentally inspired narration, somehow both menacing and seductive at
the same time.

Dark Matter which appears in two equally great versions is similarly driving, edgy and trippy. The acid bubbles up from its place low in the mix to land front and center, while a heavily-treated vocal adds to the atmosphere of menace and pressure.
