Sleepy Cat - Six In The Morning

@imsleepycat kicks off his 2016 with his first release for LAMP in the form of 'Six In The Morning'. The track features a vocal sample that is a nod to the 2000 classic Nas tip 'Oochie Wally'. Raspy claps nestle between punching kicks as a host of cleverly layered percussive elements decorate the tracks main rhythm. A uniquely crafted bass line that likens to the Roland TB-303 gives the track its funky character, while a flutter of animated FXs pan around the upper frequencies providing diversity to the composition.  

Coming off a solid string of releases between Lou Lou Records, Audiophile and LAMP Sleepy Cat looks forward to releasing a brand new collection of sounds that continue to redefine his style and approach to producing. 'Six In The Morning' is only a taste of things to come.
