I started my career fronting my own bands. Along the way I started producing, mixing and writing for other artists. At some point I realized I hadn't performed or written a song for myself for in a while. At the urging of my son Simon, my wife Crystal and my friend Adam LaRossa I am putting out this song and video called Long Distance Runner.
The video is in honor of my son Griffin Skye who turned 9 years old this year. The song is also in honor of my mother and all of the amazing people I've worked with who never give up and just keep going no matter what life throws at them.
