From the dark dopamine rush of food and dating apps in “Binge,” to the existential emptiness of arrival in “Uber Nowhere,” to the aching plea for silence in “Reset,” these tracks fuse pop, alt-rock, soul, and hip-hop into cinematic, deeply relatable anthems. Glam theatricality collides with raw soul and grand piano lines. All finished with sweeping arrangements to create a soundscape that’s as addictive as the compulsions it critiques.
