Dude microsoft bought nokia, nokia new it before 1 year the deal was made.... it was the idea of microsoft to come up with windows phone.... and android on windows phone... it wasnt conspired by nokia

exactly ivan ... people used it and enjoied that feature ...

its bad dude... restricting this feature will make people like whatsapp less and whatsapp wont have an edge it had over other similar apps...

I dont understand how fb would advantage from knowing user phone numbers..??

Why do u/people think that if fb will own an product ...it will make it bad?

but right now only Google and facebook have that amount of resources(funds/best engineers/user data) and ambition to achive complete dominance.... I belive both are in the race to achive it and they will co-exist
