"Halala" by 'Inspekta' Jemo & Friends (2005) is the title track of the album by the same name released digitally & on cassette tape. Recorded in a handful of informal live sessions during 2004. The album was released by B.K.S.P. on CD in a custom A4 foldout cover in 2005, but never online. 
This remix was conceived by JJSNWLPRD and arranged by both Inspekta Rootsman and JJ together. 

Inspekta Jemo is a poet and traditional musician from Kakamega in Kenya. He has acted as a producer and director of various traditional and fusion musical troupes such as Abakisimba; and as a producer of music shows, including the renowned “Kipawa Sato.”

Punkin Machine's "I Need You Tonight”, originally released in 1981, is another typical example of an underground hit, played at many a flat party these days like an obvious, bona-fide early 80s discopop hit when it was actually quite obscure until James Murphy unearthed it on his FabricLive Mix in 2007. Produced by Jerry Cucuzzella, the track is a feel good bumping disco track, with punchy bass, spanky guitars and sassy vocals that make for an uplifting and energetic listen - a nice throwback to the heyday of Montreal disco
