Creative offspring of Tushen Rai and Cornelius Doctor's musical fantasies, Hard Fist (@hardfist) has been a non-profit project encompassing producers, graphic designers, djs and dreamy party worshippers since its inception in 2017.

“We would never have thought that this collective story would bring us this far, that it would take such a place in our lives and that it would bring us so many beautiful encounters. It was only possible to celebrate our 5th anniversary with the unreasonable idea of making something out of the ordinary. 

So we thought big, a digger's dream: a double vinyl in limited edition with 20 artists from 17 countries gathered around exceptional collaborations: producers who have marked the history of the label these last 5 years, friends, but also peers, people who inspired us and gave us the desire to create Hard Fist.

In this Unidentified Noisy Object (U.N.O), you can expect borderless music flirting with Nu-Rave and No Wave, Cosmic Dub and Post-Punk, a slice of Psychedelic Electronica, a lot of Acid and a bit of Slow Goa Trance.  As well as some beats of Krautrock played with an Afrobeat groove and a few Darkwave's synths. But not only that. It's never only that. But what is it then? Just a label without label, to dance and to explore.”

One of the most respected artists of the new Mexican underground e-music scene brings to life his most intricate single so far: Fausto’s (SXDNS064) “Mexicoma” is a psychedelic journey through the most obscure influences of the skilled producer and works as a showcase of his plural capabilities. Author of many Indie Dance/Dark Disco bangers, released on a plethora of vital labels such as Controlla, Duro, NUFF MUSIC, Phisica, NEIN, Boite Music, Discos Platino, Quixotical, and La Volta Ros, just to name a few, his brand-new slo-mo acid-infused cut goes in another direction by impressing with other features instead of speed and stamina, though. The spell of “Mexicoma” comes from its complexity and execution.

Coming soon in digital and vinyl formats on the Ukrainian imprint Povilno Records, the EP also impresses with its constellation of remixers: Roe Deers (SXDNS138), Elfenberg, Mijo, Ali X (SXDNS070), Itwo5, and Technobeton brought the theme to their own real and delivered interesting interpretations.

Premiered here, the original comes enveloped with Fausto’s creativity at its best. Distorted vocals and a fat & smelly bassline set the tone of this true experimental and mind-bending experience. The magic touch provided by the twisted concertina-like sample cannot go unmentioned. Kudos!

Duro Label proudly announces the release of "Baba Music Vol. II," the latest EP from Rina. The EP features exciting collaborations with JulyJuli and The Flying Spoon, as well as a joint effort with HNRQ. Adding to the musical tapestry are remixes by Shubostar and Made In TLV.

"Baba Music Vol. II" kicks off with "Daily Grind" featuring JulyJuli, a hypnotic and playful track. This solid cut captivates listeners with its potent rhythms and entrancing elements. JulyJuli's mesmerizing vocals weave seamlessly through the track, keeping the audience in a perpetual state of trance. Following this is the "Daily Grind (Made In TLV Remix)," which transforms the original into an epic journey tailored for those magical sunrise moments at a rave. Made In TLV infuses the track with intricate percussive layers, reverberated resonances and epic melodies.

The EP continues its sonic exploration with "De Sum," a collaborative effort between Rina and The Flying Spoon. The EP reaches its pinnacle with "All My Friends Are TV Hosts," a stellar collaboration between Rina and HNRQ, resident DJ of Lux Frágil.
