This mix was put together as part of my participation in The Little Volcano’s Conscious Creators Club program. This mix was an attempt to get into my heart space. My coach Denika helped me to see that I need to do the things I love when I am in fear and uncertainty. I became aware that when I am going through major transitions in my life with lots of fear and uncertainty, I tend to shrink myself down and isolate myself. 

  I purposely sought out songs that made me want to dance, and made my heart feel warm and open. I allowed my deep inner wisdom to find the tracks that held deep meaning to what I’ve been going through in my mind space. This activity helped to connect my heart to my mind. 

I know in my mind that playing with music won’t solve my problems, nor will it make the uncertainty of life go away. However, I do know in my heart that change always takes place in the world from the bottom-up and not the top-down. Shifting my own personal energy is one thing I will always have control over.
