Shadow Work: The Key To Integrating Your Shadow Self Quickly While Minimizing Painful Resistance

The pain body is a term coined by spiritual teacher, Eckhart Tolle. According to Tolle the pain body is a semi-autonomous entity that lives within each of us. It thrives on unconsciousness and the negativity that comes from unconsciousness. 

As such it can unconsciously run our lives, manifesting physical, mental/emotional and spiritual pain, disease, accidents and drama of all sorts in order to feed on the negativity that results. 

Since it's unconsciousness that keeps it alive, shining the light of consciousness on the pain body will dissolve it and free us from its control on our bodies and lives. 

In this episode I lay out a simple four step process for healing the pain body.

The Key To Resolving Physical, Psychological And Spiritual Pain

It's relatively cheap to heal your pain. It will cost you an internal resource that's abundantly available at all times. I'm referring, simply, to your attention. There's an enzyme of sorts in your attention that catalyzes the process of healing, that is the process of extracting the energy that is bound up in pain along with the wisdom that it has for our bodies and lives. How To Heal Spiritual Pain: A Journey To Inner Peace

Most people view pain as something that just happened to them... bad luck. Spiritual teachers say things that would leave us to believe otherwise, that pain has a bigger part to play in our lives. This is because pain is essentially bound up life force energy. Life force energy contains the wisdom and intelligence that animates the universe, the planet, our bodies, etc... So pain contains that same wisdom.

Discover How Pain And Life Force Energy Are Related

Life is a mirror. It will reflect back to you the relationship you have with the various parts of yourself. Not looking at your dark stuff? Life will show you. Not loving yourself? Life will show you. Not only is this an important concept in the whole law of attraction / conscious manifestation world, it's important where your healing, growth and evolution are concerned too.
