I was trying to find the way to do something, my heart is hearting… During this time I suddenly very quickly finished, mixed and mastered a tune which made me much calmer… I was listening to it over and over again. I decided to dedicate it to the Ukrainian people, children who need help NOW. All money from the track will be sent to different charity organisations. Unusual and alternative sounds, experimentation in rhythm and melodic alterations: all of this is The Flying Mars project. Mario Engel, hailing from the green valleys in the middle of the Swiss Alps, was always in contact with different genres and had a good ear for many kinds of music. Now, with his “The Flying Mars” project he wants to channel all of his auditory and composing experiences into a mind-bending mix of creativity, giving his contribution to the already variegated world of electronic music.

The Flying Mars combines Psy-Dub, Ambient, Psy-Chill, as well as Drum & Bass and Psy-Trance, with flowing rhythms and deep bass lines. Through variations, mixing, tests and sonic atom splitting, The Flying Mars’ project strives to simultaneously stimulate mind, body and soul.

Seamoon - Crystal Language EP

This EP is going more into the typical style Merkaba Music is known for: Deep psystep beats with pineal gland tingling leads and deep joyful  healing textures. 

Two tracks are written in 528Hz since i discover to enjoy to write on this frequency more and more. The last track also contains an constant 8hz binaural beat which it is said to have a realix and grounding effect on the body.

The EP will be released on Merkaba Music with in the next 2 month or so (around July 2016 maybe)

The Flying Mars newest album comes from a mix of emotions: places, feelings, people and sounds. All were experienced while traveling the world and gave wide inspiration for this masterpiece. Many stories are to be found inside this deeply personal body of work, where every track was composed in a different place on this Earth. Fueled by nature and equipped with a field recorder, He set out on his journey; recording every sound, Paying close attention to his surroundings while capturing the essence of the here and now. 

You are invited to relive this journey and state of mind. Listen closely and you will be able to feel the exact sensations, smell the same smells, and hear the same sounds that were heard during the creative process – which is deeply rooted in the heart and soul of this unique artist. 

This is the second Album of Mario Engel, from Switzerland. With his main project - “The Flying Mars”, he is always in search of new sounds, oblique sonorities, and exhilarating vibes.
