Original Script

"It All Went to Charity" - A folk storytelling song about an elderly man who comes to a lawyer's office to draft his will. With no close family and nieces and nephews who rarely visit, he decides to leave everything to "charity." When the relatives show up after his passing expecting an inheritance, they get a surprise they'll never forget. A wry, humorous tale in the tradition of American story songs about family, loneliness, and unexpected justice.
