This guided meditation track reduces stress and give you some 'down time' to rest physically and mentally. Listening helps reduce the levels of stress hormones in the blood and encourages a flow of serotonin, stimulating a positive mood change. This track can help with pain.

Awareness Programme (guided meditation)

This is a track that induces a deep state of relaxation.  The track is 50 minutes and you can listen to it during the day or when you go to sleep. Listening induces a deep sense of peacefulness and comfortableness and helps reduce pain. 
Do not listen to this track when you are driving or using mechanical equipment.

Deep Relaxation Programme 2

This is a guided therapeutic process that helps change in behaviour and change in perception. It encourages the listener to take regain control of thoughts and feeling whilst allowing the mind and body the freedom to relax. It helps remove old and unwanted thought patterns.

Clearing Programme
