Welcome back my loves,  I’m Maria Chowdhury.  In the last video, I introduced you to the new landscape that we are traversing as women. And to the concept of cultivating our power in three centers of power.

A New Way of Being:

Feminine Power addresses the blocks that keep us from soaring. It identifies our old stories and, even more importantly, how those old stories dictate the way we show up in life. It shows us how to reach out and receive the vast support that's all around us. It reintroduces us to our own inner wisdom and teaches us how to trust its guidance. And it gives us the courage and confidence to take risks and be who we sense we could be in our clearest moments.

Qigong is an embodiment practice that supports these new ways of being by becoming an embodied practice. It expands upon these brilliant Feminine Power practices. It encodes them into our bodies as a form of wisdom that supports us to navigate our lives and grow into our highest potentials.

In Qigong and  Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is often said that: The mind leads the Qi. Where the mind goes, Qi goes. Yi tao- Qi tao. In other words, when you focus your mind in a skillful way, it’s possible to transform your internal energy state and experience elevated states of consciousness. 

And that’s what we are about to do. Once you learn this skill, you will always have it. The best part is that you can do this all on your own without relying on outside help.

As our tradition here at Path with Harmony, after every practice session, we bow to our teachers, our teacher's teachers, and the teacher within. And in so doing, today, we are bowing to Lee Holden, who taught me this meditation. 🙏🏽
