A beat programmed with a simple 2d strange attractor. The x-axis is mapped to frequency - quantized to a C-major scale. The y-axis is mapped to the duration of each note, quantized to either eighth or quarter notes.

Still a bit stochastic, but off to a good start.

Another track using a strange attractor. Frequency and cutoff are determined by the delta between subsequent points in the attractor. Frequency is applied to a pulse wave oscillator and cutoff to a Moog filter.
