'Am I more?' is a song with a lot on mind and when writing it with JB it felt like one version wasn't quite enough. The original focuses on not questioning your own self worth, knowing you're not perfect nor have to be. With this more intimate version I tried to focus on the importance of being able to express your own feelings and acknowledging how hard it can be. To me these two versions complete each other.
I hope it makes you feel something.

In a way, this cover became a bit of a tribute to San Holo for the inspiration he has been to me. This new stuff he’s been releasing is so refreshing and creative, and it makes me so happy to see people doing such new, different stuff with their time at home. I have felt a little existential at times, and this song captures that feeling and many others I have and haven’t felt. Hopefully at the rate I’m going I can establish a pretty solid upload schedule, at least for these singles…
